Because we don't build our postage costs into any of our product prices and because we are a small organisation, we don't offer free postage on returns. We look at it this way, a small charge for returns is cheaper than the car-park and petrol of taking it back to the store. And in the instance that its right first time, you haven't paid a hidden cost in the price of your items for returns anyway. In a world where we want to be transparent, we give you all the information you need and the choices to increase your service levels by yourself and therein we keep our product prices as low as we can.
We will happily exchange size if we have it, but if you are unsure before you order, give us a call and we can help you zero in on the right size before we ship to you.
All returns should be in original packaging, with original labels & the GolfMaxx acceptance label attached, within 14 days of receipt. If there is a problem or you have questions send us an email: email@example.com
